Incredible Golden Hour at a Kinkell Byre Wedding
Ariel and Jeremy’s Kinkell Byre wedding was a laughter and love-filled day from start to finish. The gentle rolling countryside of Fife is the perfect backdrop for the perfect celebration. In fact, with awesome scenery, beautiful moody lighting, a true blank canvas venue where you can bring in your own catering - as St Andrews weddings venues go, Kinkell Byre sort of has it all. Perhaps the perfect barn wedding venue. Ariel and Jeremy’s humanist ceremony incorporated traditional Israeli elements including the smashing of glass once married (but in a break with tradition, both of them smashed it)! That continued at night with some traditional Israeli dancing to kick off the evening festivities - look for some cracking pictures below of the Horah, with the bride and groom hoisted up on chairs by their friends and loved ones! You’ll also see below some pretty epic sunset portraits. It’s always worth an extra trip outside for golden hour if weather permits - we got some incredible pictures with dramatic skies after the dancing was already underway.
